What to bring (Hikes)

A list of some essential items we recommend you bring with you on the day.

 

1. Hiking boots/shoes 

(Please don't risk wearing trainers with no grips)

2. Waterproofs  - It's England 

(We do have emergency (Free) Poncho's for anyone that hasn't got any form of water proofs)

3. Layered Clothing  - T/shirt & Hoodie/hat/gloves

(Although the climbs will warm your cockles It can get very chilly on the Summits so just for extra comfort you may want to keep your ears warm)

4. Change of socks/shoes 

(It can get very muddy up in them Mountain)

5. WATER.WATER.WATER 

 Please remember to stay hydrated

6. Protein snacks - Nuts, fruit,  eggs, chicken, protein drinks. 

(When you hit the Summit that's the time to feed those muscles)

7. Funds for food/refreshments etc. (Approx £15) or Picnic

8. Apple watch/Fitbit if you want to keep a tally on how much of a legend you have been!

9. Phone/Camera

10. Shades & Sunblock  

11. Back pack - To put all the above in!

12. A fabulous sense of humor and a big smile!
